1. Who We Are

VEVA Investments LLC d/b/a Awesome Renovations ("Awesome Renovations," "we," "us," "our") is a licensed residential renovation company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We perform kitchen, bathroom, and interior renovation projects directly for homeowners.

Awesome Renovations is not a contractor referral platform, lender, or franchise. We perform construction work directly and do not originate loans or provide financial advice.

This policy is governed by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) for our Texas operations.

2. What Data We Collect

Pages you visit, device and browser type, IP address, and the referring website or ad that brought you here. We collect these through website analytics and cookies. See Section 9.

Property address is not "sensitive data." Under the TDPSA, "sensitive data" means precise geolocation (a radius of about 1,750 feet), race or ethnicity, religion, health, biometric data, and data from a known child. A mailing or property address is none of these.

• From advertising platforms, which tell us which ad brought you to our site.

We do not buy consumer lists from data brokers.

• To send you a post-project review invitation.
• To improve our website, using site analytics.
• To follow the law.

We use your data only in ways that are reasonably necessary for the purposes above.

5. Who We Share Data With, and Your Choices About Sharing

Service providers

We use third-party tools to run our website and communicate with you (hosting, CRM, email delivery, analytics). These providers may use your data only to provide services to us, under contracts that restrict their use of it.

We share data when the law requires it.

To opt out of any marketing communications, email [email protected] or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We also honor browser-based opt-out signals (Global Privacy Control).

6. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a Texas resident, the TDPSA gives you the right to: know what data we collect; access a copy of it in a portable format; correct wrong data; delete your data; opt out of the sale of your data; opt out of targeted advertising; and opt out of profiling that has a legal or similarly significant effect. We will not treat you differently or charge you more for using any of these rights.

7. How To Exercise Your Rights

Contact us by email at [email protected]. Include your name, the email or phone number we have on file, and what you want us to do.

To protect your data, we will confirm your identity by matching your request to the contact details on file. A person you authorize in writing may make a request for you.

We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may take up to another 45 days and will notify you. If we say no, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our decision. We respond to an appeal within 60 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

8. How Long We Keep Data

We keep your information only as long as we need it, and no longer than 7 years unless the law requires more. After the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize your data.

Public reviews you leave on Google are governed by Google and must be managed through Google directly.

9. Cookies

Cookies are small files saved on your device. We use essential cookies (to make the site work), analytics cookies (to see how the site is used), and advertising cookies (to measure which ads work). Essential cookies are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default; a notice on your first visit tells you so. You can turn either off in Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.

We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals: if your browser sends one, analytics and advertising cookies do not load at all.

Third-party tools that may set cookies on our site include our CRM (GoHighLevel), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. It may check device and browser signals and store a short-lived token to confirm that a request comes from a real person rather than a bot. Your use of our forms is subject to Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy.

Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe a minor provided us information.

We may update this policy. We will change the "Effective Date" and post the new version. If we make a material change to how we use your data, we will notify you by email (if we have it) or by website notice before the change takes effect.
